Cooling Column for OGM Line

We offer a cooling column based on the original Lithuanian design, upgraded for improved performance. This version is engineered to operate simultaneously with two OGM-1.5 pellet presses.

Unlike counterflow coolers, which damage hot, unformed pellets and result in more than 15% being rejected and reprocessed, our cooling column preserves pellet integrity. For example, an OGM-1.5 press producing up to 1000 kg/h of wood pellets may lose 200–300 kg/h with a counterflow cooler — losses that often go uncounted.
